E Bird Horticulture was established in 2014 and since then has provided a quality bespoke garden design and maintenance service to a wide range of clients around North Yorkshire. Based in the village of Tockwith E Bird Horticulture is ideally placed for clients in York, Wetherby, Boston Spa, Tadcaster, and surrounding areas.
Owner Ed Bird has a passion for plants and gardening and will work with you to help achieve your goals and take the hard work out of gardening. Ed's experience allows E Bird Horticulture to provide an insightful and friendly service suggesting ideas to help you get the most from your garden or outdoor space.

A Little About Ed
Ed holds a First Class Honours Degree in Applied Horticulture from Harper Adams University gained in 2020.
Before beginning his career in horticulture Ed worked in both finance and agriculture spending 7 years in Australia during his agricultural work.
Ed is a member of various horticulture related professional bodies ensuring he keeps up to date with the latest developments in the gardening and growing world.
Alongside his work and studies Ed has appeared as a guest on 'The Skinny Jean Gardener Podcast' and has also appeared on BBC Radio Leeds Sunday Gardening with Graham Porter.
Ed supports local charities and can be found supporting various local events including the Tockwith Show and the Harrogate Flower Shows. Ed can be found on the advice stand at the Harrogate Flower Shows helping members of the public solve their gardening problems.
