New Build Garden Assessment

If you've recently moved into a new build property and would like a thorough assessment of your garden please contact me to discuss further.  Please be aware that new build gardens are only covered under the NHBC for two years.  
 
The garden assessment will look at the turf, topsoil, rubble and debris in the garden, any additional plantinf that has been carried out by the builder.
 
This report can be provided to help guide discussions when snagging the property with the builder.
